Character Education Banners

Do you require a minimum banner order?

Banners are priced individually, with no package deals. The online form accepts up to 20 banners. For larger orders, email your traits, banner colors, font, and vector logo to [email protected] or call (919) 266-1121 for a custom estimate.

Do you provide design services?

Yes; design services are included in your order. We can send you a mock-up of your banners for approval prior to printing.

Do you offer installation services?

The banner price includes hanging hardware or grommets for wall use, fire-code documentation and testing results, and installation instructions. Wood glue is not supplied. Shipping and handling are charged separately and itemized on your invoice.

Carpool Tags

Do you require a minimum number of carpool line tag orders?

Include your expected quantity in your quote request so we can confirm the minimum and quantity pricing for the tag format you choose. Remember to allow for duplicate tags when families need more than one.

Can you design our carpool tags for us?

Yes; design services are included in your order. We can send you a mock-up of your tag for approval prior to printing.

General Questions

What are your payment options?

Purchase orders are accepted on Net 30 terms. Credit cards, school checks, and PTA/PTO payments are also accepted. New customers not using a purchase order must prepay.

Is shipping included?

Shipping and handling are charged separately and itemized on your invoice. Shipping is not free.

What about tax-exempt paperwork or a W-9?

Tell us about your school or PTA/PTO tax-exempt status and provide any applicable documentation. Exemption status and any applicable tax are confirmed with your quote. Contact us for the current W-9.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds once work has been started, as all products are customized for your school.

How do we send our school logo to you?

Send a vector logo, such as an .eps or .ai file, when adding your school logo. If you only have a raster image, contact us to check whether it is suitable for your design.

Can you recommend any sources of funding?

Yes, there are many alternative sources of grants and funding to consider.

What materials do you use?

We use premium materials including 18 oz vinyl for double-sided banners, and 13 oz vinyl for single-sided banners. Our banners come with a Fire Code Statement and Testing Results for your Fire Marshal.

What's included in a free quote?

Our free quote includes pricing breakdown, design mockup options, timeline estimate, and shipping information.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Design proofs take 2–4 days. Production follows design approval and confirmation of payment arrangements. Your production and delivery schedule will be confirmed for your order. Purchase order paperwork can add time before production; let us know about firm deadlines when requesting a quote.
