Character Education Banners

Do you require a minimum banner order?

Many schools order banners in sets of 8 and then order additional banners as needed.

Can you design our banners for us?

Yes; design services are included in your order. We can send you a mock-up of your banners for approval prior to printing.

How do the banners get installed?

Character trait banner orders come with detailed installation instructions. Hallway banners require a small amount of wood glue to secure the end caps prior to hanging.

Carpool Tags

Do you require a minimum number of carpool line tag orders?

Duplicate tags are usually ordered for the start of the school year, which are useful for many families.

Can you design our carpool tags for us?

Yes; design services are included in your order. We can send you a mock-up of your tag for approval prior to printing.

General Questions

What are your payment options?

We accept payments via purchase orders, major credit cards, a school check, or PTA/PTO funds.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final and non-refundable, as they are all customized for your school.

How do we send our school logo to you?

Logos should be sent in .png, .eps or .ai (vector) format.

Can you recommend any sources of funding?

Yes, there are many alternative sources of grants and funding to consider.

How long will my order take to arrive?

The turnaround time for banners and car tags is approximately 1 to 2 weeks. However, be sure to allow additional time during the months of May through September.
