How long does it take to complete a signage project?
Design proofs take 2–4 days. Production follows design approval and confirmation of payment arrangements. Your production and delivery schedule will be confirmed for your order. Tell us your required date so we can confirm what is possible for your project.
Do you provide design services?
Yes! We provide full design services customized to your school's colors, branding, and messaging requirements. All design work is included in our project pricing.
What materials do you use?
Character banners use 13 oz vinyl for single-sided banners and 18 oz vinyl for double-sided banners. We provide fire-code documentation and vinyl testing results. Materials for other signs are confirmed with your quote.
Do you offer installation services?
Banner orders include hanging hardware or grommets for wall use and installation instructions. Wood glue is not supplied. Contact us to discuss installation needs for other signage.
What's included in a free quote?
Our free quotes explain your design, specifications, pricing, and schedule. Shipping and handling are charged separately and itemized on your invoice. Shipping is not free.
Purchase orders are accepted on Net 30 terms. Credit cards, school checks, and PTA/PTO payments are also accepted. New customers not using a purchase order must prepay.
